I work with people who want to reach their potential and help them improve their communication skills. I help people set up goals and help them reach them. I help people overcome obstacles and negative emotions. Part of my job is to show people how to reflect on everything they do in order to move forward, reevaluating past and current events and giving them new empowering meanings. We have an outer (external) language and an internal (inner) language and I guide people to find the relation between how they feel and what they think to the language they use internally.
I employ a variety of coaching styles depending on the needs of my clients. I have a very strong intuition. I have many years working with teenagers as a teacher. I understand people’s minds. I’m always looking out of the box to come up with creative solutions. I always see the best in people and empower them to push through their limitations. I look beyond the current circumstances of a person’s life and help them unlock what they are capable of. I hold people to be accountable. I’m always listening to my clients needs and wants. I know how to get the most potential out of every client.
